Provisional World Parliament

History of World Parliament

The PWP is a world legislative body operating under the Authority of Article 19 of the Earth Constitution thatidentifies global issues and facilitates discussion among representatives of world citizens; debates and approves provisional World Legislative Acts which become model global governance statutes for the emerging World Governance System; building a new peaceful, just, and equitable world order. The Parliament is organized by WCPA but is an independent body whose decisions create genuine world law.
